Biography

I am a marine ecologist who studies nearshore shallow water marine community ecology, specifically temperate coral and kelp systems on the southern New England coast. I am currently a Professor in the Biology Department at Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, Connecticut and Co-Director of the Werth Center for Coastal and Marine Studies.
