Punit Anand

Dr. Punit Anand joined Southern in the Fall of 2020. He has extensive academic and industry experience. He received his Ph.D. from DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University Canada, in April 2021, an MBA from the Memorial University of Newfoundland Canada, and an undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat India (SVNIT). He is also a CFA charter holder. Dr. Anand has more than five years of experience as a sell-side financial analyst for a Canadian Independent research firm. He also has more than five years of experience developing telecom software and protocols with Wipro Technologies and Tech Mahindra in India. He uses his industry experience in teaching and research.
