Biography
Patricia Olney is a Professor of Political Science, specializing in Latin America and Caribbean Studies. Previously she was the Latin America Bureau Manager at U.S. News & World Report and held Visiting Research Fellowships at the University of California, San Diego, and the Universidad de los Andes in Bogota, Colombia. She has an M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Miami and a B.A. in Physics and Political Science from Bryn Mawr College.
