Biography

I grew up in Cheshire, Connecticut. I have an undergraduate degree from SCSU in Exercise Science and from Uconn in Physical Therapy. I My graduate education consisted of the SCSU Exercise Science program and a Post-Professional Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy. I was in private practice for 15 years, taught Biomechanics as an adjunct for 6 years at SCSU, and currently teach along a tenure track in the Exercise Science Department at SCSU.
